You are typing details about your home and your money. Here is exactly what happens to them.
The facts you enter in the form — names, addresses, dates, dollar amounts, and your written account — plus the generated letter text, your state, and the email you give at checkout. That is what lets us hand you the same PDF again later.
Your letter is reachable through a private, unguessable link in your receipt. If you sign in with your purchase email, it also appears under "My letters" for that account only. Nobody else can list or search your letter.
Card details go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store a card number. We keep the payment reference and the email tied to the purchase.
We do not sell your data, share it with your landlord, or use your dispute to market anything to you.
Ask and we delete your letter and its facts. Once deleted, the download link stops working — save the PDF first.
